 Football Square Promotion

September 8, 2011 – December 26, 2011

Rules and Regulations

$1,500 total for each Qualifying game 

1. The promotion will begin on Thursday September 8, 2011.  The promotion will end Monday, December 26, 2011.
2. The promotion will be available for each Monday night football game, and Thursday games at managements discresion.  The eligible game will be determined by the Poker Room Shift manager on duty.  This game must be broadcast on a network aired in the poker room.
3. Players must be in a live game and present to win.  Prizes will not be held.
4. Each qualifying game day beginning at 10 am, all players that have been playing a minimum of 2 hours in a live game, may pick a square.
5. Players will choose a square on a “Football Square Board” located in the middle of the room. Players will give the shift manager and/or floor supervisor his/her name and player’s card number.  His/her name will then be placed on the square of his/her choice.
6. The Board will have a total of 100 squares.
7. If all the squares are completely filled, the squares will be divided in half.
8. Any squares that are not occupied will be crossed out.
9. In the event that there are two winners, the winners will divide the prize money; In the event that there is NO winner, all money will roll over into the next quarter of the game.
10. In the event that there is no winner at the end of the game, all money will be rolled over to the final quarter of the next football game.
11. At the start of the game, the shift manager will draw numbers 0 – 9 to represent the numbers going horizontally across the football square sheet representing the home team.  The shift manager will then pick numbers 0 – 9 to represent the numbers running vertically down the football square sheet representing the visiting team.
12. At the end of each quarter, the shift manager will REDRAW the numbers to give all of the eligible players different numbers.  This will continue at the end of each quarter until the end of the game.
13. Players must be in the seat prior to the end of the quarter in order to qualify.
14. Players are NOT eligible to pick a square after the opening kick-off of the game.
15. Players are NOT eligible to pick a square after the opening kick-off of the game. 

 16.    The following are the cash amounts for each game:

FIRST QUARTER                 $150

SECOND QUARTER             $250

THIRD QUARTER                 $400

FOURTH QUARTER              $700

17. The Promotion will take place every week on Mondays and some Thursday games at managments discresion September 8, 2011. This game must be broadcast on a network aired in the poker room
18. All players must be 18 years of age or older to participate, and have a valid un-expired I.D. and a Player’s Club card. 
19. Participation in this promotion deems permission to use photograph or likeness and name in promotional advertising and/or publicity, without compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent where permitted by law.
20. Choctaw reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.  It further reserves the right to disqualify any player from any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotion rules or other misconduct.
21. Management reserves the right to eliminate any player from the promotion for disruptive

behavior.

23. By participating in this promotion, players agree to these official rules.

Management reserves the right to cancel, change, and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing at any time.
