How long does it take to get your tickets if mailed, or when can I pick them up?
The time may vary depending on method of purchase. If you purchased tickets via the phone, or online you have 2 choices, you can have them mailed to you, or placed in Will Call. The standard delivery time is 5-7 business days via regular mail. If you purchase your tickets 10 days or less to the event, the mailing option will not be available, in this case your tickets will be held in Will Call, you can then pick up your tickets at the Event Center’s "Will Call" Office at anytime during regular business hours including day of event, a valid Id and confirmation number is required to pick up tickets.
How can I get an ADA seat?
Persons in wheel chairs, or needing special accommodations can be seating in our ADA bleacher section, this section has an easy access wheelchair ramp, as well as available Companion seating. To reserve ADA seating please call (580) 931-8645 X 1327.
I purchased tickets and now I cannot attend the event. Can I get a refund?
Our Policy is that all sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades.
If I leave the concert can I come back in?
Yes. Upon entering the Event for the first time, the ticket takers will leave you with a portion of the original ticket. Show the staff your ticket stub to be allowed back into facility.
Is smoking allowed inside the Event Center?
Currently the Choctaw Event Center is a non-smoking facility.
I purchased tickets already, but now I noticed there are better seats available. Can I upgrade my tickets?
Our policy is that all sales are final, and that there will be no refunds, exchanges, upgrades, etc. However, tickets may be exchanges or upgraded for tickets of equal or greater value at management’s discretion.
Last time I purchased tickets, I was asked for my address, phone #, etc. What is this information used for?
In the rare event of a cancellation, this information is used for such things as contact information, proof of purchase, etc. By providing this information you are assisting us to protect your purchase. Without this information we cannot associate the ticket order with you, as well as, contact you to let you know if any changes in the event.
Are cameras, camcorders, or other video or photographic devices Allowed in the Event Center the night of the event?
To provide the best possible experience for all our patrons we only allow non-professional cameras. Camcorders, professional cameras, and other photographic equipment is not allowed, this not only distracts and degrades other patrons experience, but may also infringe on any copyright laws or contractual agreements made with our entertainment.
Is Alcohol Served at the Event Center?
Yes, alcohol is served at most concerts and events held at the Choctaw Event Center.
Do I have to pay for my child to attend with me?
Although each event varies on the age requirements, as a rule of thumb, children who are 3 and under are free. As long as the child is seated in your lap, there is no charge for their entry. In the case a child in this age group requires there own seat a regular ticket must be purchased to obtain entry. Management reserves the right to change or amend this policy at their discretion.
Do you have discount rates for seniors or persons with a Choctaw Decent?
With every event, comes a new set of ticket prices, entertainment, and promotions. Please check the specific event on the website for more details.
Do you provide assistance for the elderly and others with disabilities?
The Choctaw Event Center prides itself on customer service, and wants to ensure all its patrons enjoy their time spent with us. We have a facility equipped to handle those patrons requiring handicap accessible accommodations, as well as, plenty of eager staff ready to assist those needing assistance.

Choctaw Casino Resort's Hotel Tower and Inn are South of the Event Center, and both are connected to the Choctaw Casino REsort, shuttle buses are available for convenient short travel back and forth. The perfect place to stay and play. Call 580-920-0160 X1011 for reservations.
I am unsure of whether or not I have completed the purchase of my tickets online. How can I be sure?
When purchasing tickets online, the system will automatically generate a confirmation number once the transaction is complete. This confirmation number is unique to your transaction and should be printed out and brought with you to pick up your tickets. This number will help identify your transaction.
I need another ticket next to the tickets I have already purchased. How can I get one?
Choctaw Event Center wants all of its patrons to enjoy the events. However, ticket purchases are on a first come first serve basis.
Is there anything else to do around the Event Center, while I wait for the main event to begin?
Inside the Choctaw Event Center, we have a concession area loaded with great food and beverages. We have shuttles available to transport you a short distance to Choctaw Casino Resort to try your luck at whatever your interest may be whether it be poker, blackjack, slots, or even the numerous restaurants or cafes. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
My name was not used in the purchase of the tickets. How can I pick up the tickets?
If the purchaser of the tickets, put your name and contact information in the mailing or delivery address, all you will need is a valid photo ID and the confirmation number. If they did not put you in as the delivery address, etc., bring a valid photo ID, the confirmation number of the tickets order, and you will be asked to complete a short release form at the ticket office.
