Meet Chef Goldwhite
Chef David Goldwhite’s passion for cooking started while helping his grandmother around the kitchen as a young child in England. That early interest inspired an exciting career in the culinary arts, which has led him here to Choctaw Casino Hotel. He has worked for critically acclaimed restaurants in London, Paris, Israel and Sydney, Australia. Chef Goldwhite also notably received the honor of serving as personal chef to the royal family of Jordan.
His cooking philosophy is to create simple food with exciting, intense and natural flavors that marry together to give you the most satisfying meal experience. Personally, his favorite food is ribeye steak over the charcoal grill topped with a fried egg and freshly-cut French fries.
Since starting as executive chef at Choctaw Casino Hotel in the fall of 2014, he has brought his own style of creativity and innovation to dining options. He hopes to continue to bring the quality of food production, execution and service at Choctaw Casino Hotel to its highest possible level into the future. "I am a passionate lover of the culinary arts," said Chef Goldwhite.
"My mission here is to put this establishment on the Oklahoma culinary food map and bring it up to the highest culinary standard possible."
