By using your card anytime you play, book a stay, or make purchases at participating restaurants, bars and retail outlets on property. Only Amber and above tiers earn points.
- Slots: $1 Coin-in = 1 Point
- Video Poker: $2 Coin-in = 1 Point
- Table Games: Based on average bet and time played
- Poker: 1 hour of play = 1000 Points
- Choctaw Slots App: $1 = 50 Points
- Hotel, Retail, Food and Beverage: $1 = 10 Points
1,000 points = $1 in Free Play
1,000 points = $1 for purchases of Food & Beverage (excluding alcohol)

When you pick up your card for the first time, you will be asked to provide a four-digit number. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure.
Your PIN can be reset by request at the Choctaw Rewards Club booth.
You can access your account online in the Player Portal by logging into myaccount.choctawcasinos.com or at any Choctaw Casinos location at the promotions kiosks or the Choctaw Rewards Club.
To receive a win/loss statement, you first need to complete a Release Form.

You can also request one from a cage cashier or at any Rewards Club Kiosk located throughout the gaming floor. Once you have completed the form, you will need to provide a copy of your ID. It may take up to 7 business days to process. We can also email, fax, or mail the statement to you on request.

When you use your Choctaw Rewards Club Card, you earn benefits based on what you spend on gaming, hotel, food & beverage, and retail outlets. You may receive offers of Free Play, hotel stays, concert tickets, and much more, customized just for you. You can also earn entries for cash drawings, Free Play, or gifts.

You can call, email, or send a letter to any Choctaw Casino requesting to be removed from the contact list.
Yes. When visiting the casino, check your available offers at the Choctaw Rewards Club or at any Rewards Club Kiosk located throughout the gaming floor.

Choctaw Rewards Club Universal Card
You can redeem points at any Choctaw Casino. Comps may be redeemed at locations with restaurants, a hotel, or other participating amenities.
Currently, Free Play offers may only be redeemed at the property that provided the offer.
The Universal ID number has two letters at the start signifying the casino location where you enrolled.
Offers will continue to be based on level of play at your home Choctaw Casino.
Choctaw Rewards Tier Credits
Tier Credits are used to determine Tier Status. Tier credits also unlock achievements and earn entries into drawings.
You earn Tier Credits by using your Choctaw Rewards card every time you play slots, table games or poker. You can also earn Tier Credits by presenting your Choctaw Rewards Card when you book a stay or make purchases at participating restaurants, bars and retail outlets.
Yes. Tier Credits expire every six months. See Rewards Club for details.
Tier Credits for table games are posted as soon as the table rating session is closed and entered into the system. Tier Credits for slots and video poker are posted immediately as they are earned.
Tier Credits are used to determine your Tier Status, and Points are used to purchase food and beverage as well as download Free Play.

Yes, Tier Status expires every six months. This is the same time frame as the Tier Credits. The evaluation period is October 1 to March 31 and April 1 to September 30.
Choctaw Rewards Club Promotions
You can be immediately entered into drawings when you start to play with your Choctaw Rewards Club Card inserted into a slot machine or present your card to a Table Games dealer.
You earn entries based on the number of Tier Credits required for the promotion.
You can check the number of entries you have at the Choctaw Rewards Club booth or at any Rewards Club Kiosk located throughout the gaming floor.
The rules for any promotion will be provided upon request at the Choctaw Rewards Club booth or at any Rewards Club Kiosk located throughout the gaming floor.
Entries are activated when you insert your Choctaw Rewards Club Card into any slot machine, or at any Rewards Club Kiosk located throughout the gaming floor or when a Table Games dealer closes out your gaming session during an activation period.
