DURANT, Okla. – Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant is bringing the excitement of its signature “3 Months. 3 Millionaires.” promotion beyond the resort with the return of its second annual Vault Hunt, expanding this year into both Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin.

This year’s vault hunt will include five hidden vaults, and one vault will be hidden in Texas’ music city, Austin.

Five lucky winners will find branded mini vaults containing cash and a Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant prize package worth more than $1,500 as part of the resort’s partnership with Find the Cash Dallas and Find the Cash Austin.

The first two vaults will be dropped in Dallas and Austin the week of May 18, with clues to the location posted on Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant’s and Find the Cash’s social media pages. The remaining vaults will be dropped one at a time in DFW, with a Vault Hunt the week prior to each million-dollar drawing.

Guests can already begin earning entries into “3 Months. 3 Millionaires.” where three lucky Choctaw Rewards Club members will walk away millionaires. The million-dollar drawings will be held on Saturdays June 6, July 11 and August 22 at 1 a.m. with a new cconsolation  drawing at 2 a.m. for $250,000! Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant will also donate $10,000 to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in each of the 3M3M winners’ communities.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

SPONSOR: The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma d/b/a Choctaw Casino Resort – Durant, 4216 US-69, Durant, OK 74701.

CONTEST: The contest will consist of clues associated with each location and provided until the Prize, as defined below, is found (the “Contest“).  The winner(s) are determined by the individual who uses their knowledge of context clues provided by the Sponsor, as defined below, to find the Prize at each location in the quickest time. Each winner is limited to one (1) Prize per person, family and/or household during the Contest. The Contest is skill-based and is not intended to constitute, and shall not be construed as, a lottery, gambling activity, or game of chance under applicable laws. The winner is determined solely based on skill, speed and ability to complete tasks and locate the Prize(s) first. Chance plays no role in determining the winner.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest period begins May 18, 2026 at 8:00 am Central Time (“CT“) and ends August  31, 2026 at 11:59 pm CT. Participation in the Contest does not constitute participation in any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Contest, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all aspects.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. Must be 18 years and older as of May 18,  2026, to participate. Employees of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (“Sponsor“), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are excluded from participating. Void where prohibited.

WINNER: Contestants who locate the Prize in the shortest period of time will receive the Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules.

All applicable taxes relating to winning any Prize(s) are the participant’s sole responsibility. Participants with cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a Form 1099. Social security number is required, per IRS, for winnings equal or greater than $100 (refer to irs.gov on the IRS website). The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The participant that locates each Prize first, must claim the Prize by contacting [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours of finding the Prize. THE WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT HIS/HER VALID SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND/OR OTHER IDENTIFICATION TO SPONSOR AND MAY BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE AND RETURN AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND, UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW, PUBLICITY, WITHIN THE REQUIRED RESPONSE TIME.  Failure to submit any identification required by the Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any Prize (or any portion thereof) may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture.

PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during a recipient’s participation in the Contest will be collected by Sponsor, or their designees and used by and/or shared with Sponsors, and/or their affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Official Rules and for other uses (including marketing and advertising) in accordance with the policy stated at choctawcasinos.com/privacy-policy.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Each winner, by acceptance of any Prize, grants to Sponsor, and its respective designees the right to publicize such winner’s name, address (city and state/territory/province of residence), photograph, video, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW: By participating in this promotion, participants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. The Choctaw Nation will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Context or any Prize awarded.
