April 17, 2024

A free-to-play game adds excitement for fans

DURANT, Okla. (April 16, 2024) – Choctaw Casinos & Resorts is providing $6,500 in prizes to fans at the Invited Celebrity Classic as an added element of entertainment with Choctaw T-Box, a free-to-play interactive mobile game. Fans can participate in this new contest at www.choctawsports.com and will have an opportunity to win prizes during the tournament. The Invited Celebrity Classic presented by Choctaw Casinos & Resorts April 19-21 at Las Colinas Country Club in Irving, Texas.

“Choctaw Casinos & Resorts is committed to engaging and entertaining fans in innovative ways,” said Erica Kosemund, senior director of gaming brand and partnerships for Choctaw Casinos & Resorts. “The free-to-play Choctaw T-Box game will give fans an added level of interaction at the Invited Celebrity Classic.”

Squares are won as events identified on their Choctaw T-Box card occur during tournament play. For instance, each card has 25 squares containing a variety of events like, “This celebrity will get two birdies.”  If that event occurs during play, the square is won. If the squares won create a winning pattern, then additional entries are earned. A single line (5 squares in a row/column/diagonal) is worth 5 bonus entries, a T pattern (top row and center column) is worth 25 bonus entries and a blackout (all 25 squares) is worth 50 bonus entries.

This marks the third year that Choctaw Casinos & Resorts is the presenting sponsor of the Invited Celebrity Classic. The three-day tournament features 70 PGA TOUR Champions, who will compete alongside 40 sports and entertainment stars, including Choctaw Casinos & Resorts “Where the Players Play” ambassadors National Baseball Hall of Fame Catcher Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez and Hall of Fame Dallas Cowboy Emmitt Smith.

Fans playing Choctaw T-Box will have a chance to win prizes at the end of each day. Prizes include a package valued at $750 that includes a two-night stay at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant, as well as $250 in resort credit. Players can also win $250 in free play. Players must be members of the Choctaw Rewards Club to claim prizes.
