DURANT, Okla. (May 20, 2025) – Casino Player Magazine has recognized two Choctaw Casino & Resort locations as part of their annual Best of Dining & Nightlife Awards.

Choctaw Landing, located in Hochatown, received a first-place finish for “Best New Restaurant” for Tuklo Grill, which is quickly becoming known for its “Oklahoma-meets-Southern” cuisine. The restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, has a rustic feel that pairs nicely with handcrafted cocktails and incredible cuisine. Tuklo Grill also uses locally sourced Choctaw Beef for its steak and burgers.

“We are honored to have Tuklo Grill recognized as the Best New Restaurant,” said Michele Rice, marketing director for Choctaw Landing. “The restaurant is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a steak dinner with an expertly crafted cocktail.”

Choctaw Casino & Resort—Durant, which has 20 restaurants and 21 bars and lounges, received 15 first place finishes in the annual Best of Dining & Nightlife Awards.
