② Gaming Commission

For a license/badge prior to starting, approval is based on background info, but honesty is always best. Bring (2) forms of ID, prior addresses, and employers, etc. Phone 580.924.8112 during Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm. Location: SW corner of North Garage. Use South 9th St (Associate Parking Lot).

③ Uniforms Building

● Associate Development Center

Orientation is held here and begins at 8am sharp. Be sure to (1) Arrive in business casual attire, (i.e. no jeans, shorts, tank tops, etc.), (2) Be there 10 minutes early to sign-in, (3) Park in the side lot and (4) Enter at the door indicated by the arrow. Address: (West side of Event Center): 3704 Choctaw Rd, Durant OK 74701.

★ Associate Entrance and HR Office

How to enter? Meeting management? Associates always utilize this entrance on arrival and departure. Also, HR is the very first door to the right and here to help. Hours: M-F, 7:00am-5:30pm. Location: Use South 9th St (Associate Parking Lot). Then, walk west toward the main building.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND UTILIZE THE HOSHONTI MOBILE APP

CHOCTAW NATION EMAIL USERS

GO TO YOUR APP STORE/GOOGLE PLAY STORE.

  • Type in “Oracle HCM Cloud” in the search box.
  • Select the one Titled Oracle HCM Cloud (it’s a red icon and says business to the side).
  • Click the install button, once installed open the app.
  • Click agree to the license agreement.
  • In the environment information spot type in egoh.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com, click submit.
  • Enter your Choctaw email and click next.
  • Enter your Choctaw password and click sign in.
  • You are now logged into Hoshonti.

 

NON CHOCTAW NATION EMAIL USERS
  • From a CNO Computer on Choctaw property go to an internet browser and type in myapps.microsoft.com
  • When prompted for your username, use: Your Associate ID#@choctawnation.com (Example: [email protected])
  • When prompted for your password, use CNOnewhire + last four digits of Social Security Number (ex. CNOnewhire4321)
  • When prompted to secure your account click next, then select “I want to set up a different method” in the bottom left corner.
  • Click the down arrow on the drop-down menu and select “Phone.” Then click “Next.”
  • Enter the phone number of your personal device. Then click “Next.”
  • Enter the six digit code that has been sent to your phone. Then click “Next.”
  • You are now registered and will be redirected back to the Microsoft myapps page, where you can now access the Hoshonti icon.

Chaplaincy Program

A PERSONAL, VOLUNTARY, CONFIDENTIAL BENEFIT OFFERED TO ASSOCIATES AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY

  • Provide confidential* discussions for problem issues including, but not limited to, marriage, divorce, illness, care of aging parents, parenting, conflict management, finances, as well as any other person issue.
  • Visit and report on sick and injured workers.
  • Counsel associates who have high absences due to personal issues (on a voluntary basis). Provide spiritual counsel for those who want it. Send cards for encouragement or to the bereaved.
  • Make referrals to EAP, Choctaw Nation, or other community resources for a variety of issues, such as financial or legal concerns, marriage, counseling, etc.
  • Coordinate assistance for associates or immediate family members who require professional help with issues related to drug or alcohol dependency.
  • Officiate weddings, funerals, baby dedications or other events.
  • Pre-marital discussion and follow-up contact with newlywed couples.
  • Provide counsel to bereaved associates or immediate family members.
  • Visit associates or immediate family members who are incarcerated, assist family members during a time of separation and help with the transition of individuals back into the mainstream.

*To the fullest extent possible while ensuring the safety/security of tribal personnel and/or assets.

The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma was recently recognized as an exceptional place to work by Forbes magazine, Gallagher and HRDUS, a highly respected online journal for Human Resources Directors in the United States.
